Espresso Rub

Our Espresso rub was created by our Local Pitmaster as a collab using our Espresso Continental Roast ground down into the seasonings. The mixture of ancho chili and other spices blend perfectly when smoking meats,  especially tri tip .. the smokehouse is known for their tri tip sandwich that frequents their special board . Santiago likes to pair with sweeter woods such as pecan and typically adds a chimichurri sauce to his tri tip giving the perfect pairing.
